Life's full of ups and downs, that's why tax credits are flexible.

At renewal time, we send you a renewal pack to check on any changes you've had. Once you have received your pack, read the instructions carefully, as this will tell you what to do next. If you haven't received yours by the end of June, simply contact us on 0845 300 3900.

Remember, the sooner you renew, the sooner we can let you know where you stand with your payments.

Don't forget to do it before the 31st of July so that we can make sure your payments don't stop.
